“I attended your parenting talk this morning and you made me think, laugh and become teary eyed in parts:) I have a lot of takeaways. My grade 10 son is a boy of few words, but he did share a few things from your talk yesterday. He spoke about having a physical, mental and spiritual goal every day. Last night we were saying our prayers and we spoke about things we were grateful for. We do hope to practice this habit of being grateful among other things which you had spoke about.
