“I wanted to say thank you. Your session today left an impact on me that I already know I’ll carry into the future. My school does a lot to set us up for greatness. As a student leader, I’ve been to countless talks, workshops, and speaker events. I always enjoy these days as I would consider myself a girl with big goals. And all of them in the first ten or so minutes of their speech they say something along the lines of “I am here to change your life”. You were no different. Yet as the day goes on usually I realise that their original claim was all talk. Not you. I could see the passion radiating from you from the second you started talking. The stuff you were saying I genuinely could picture myself thinking back to it years after today, I found myself un-able to take enough notes of the things you were saying. You enabled me to believe there was hope in my future. I truly admire what you are doing for my generation, previous generations and what I imagine you will continue to do for future generations.You were truly the wake up call we needed. Thank you again.”
