“Just wanted to say a massive thank you for your inspiring and engaging talk you held last night for parents. I have attended many talks over the years about teens and how to be a better parent etc, but your talk last night was on another level! To be honest, I actually never intended to come last night, but I received a call from each of my daughters telling me your workshop was the best one they have ever been to and felt so strongly I had to attend. So much so, my younger daughter who is quite a gifted athlete but never thinks much of her abilities actually said to me yesterday she has decided to she wants to go to the Olympics and has already put it onto her board along with a number of other goals. My older daughter who has been somewhat struggling a bit academically and a few social issues with friends etc, has also started working on her board and decided she will go to her university of choice and will succeed in her ATAR! She spoke with such conviction, I have not heard from her in quite some time. You speak to the teens rather than at them, and you engage them in a way they understand and respond! Once again, THANK YOU for everything you do and your dedication to helping so many young kids and teenagers make positive choices and to believe in themselves.”
