“I’m a year 12 student from Carmel school and just wanted to let you know that your speech today was super inspirational and empowering. Every slide of your powerpoint and every word that you spoke truly impacted me and resonated with me. Thank you for your words of wisdom. The truth is, at lunch I was planning to leave to go to gym because I didn’t want to hear another boring speaker, however I decided to stay and when I walked into the hall I saw an empty seat front and centre with my friends shouting “Come sit here” and so I did. Little did I know that was the exact place in the whole world that I was meant to be. Meant to be listening, thinking and absorbing all knowledge and information you had to share. Everything you said and from the way you delivered it was right up my alley and so suited to the person I am, It was actually scary.”
